Uses: Metal deactivator T561 is a thiadiazole polysulfide, which can capture the active sulfur in oil and inhibit the corrosion of metals. Because it contains polysulfur bonds, it can form a vulcanized film with the metal surface, thereby effectively inhibiting the catalytic effect of metal ions on oil, so T561 is a very effective lubricating oil additive in improving the performance of oil. In the formula of alkaline high zinc anti-wear hydraulic oil, 0.03~0.05% T-561 metal deactivator is added, and the oil can pass the Denison HF-2 hydrolysis stability test. In the formula of internal combustion engine oil, 0.4~0.5% T-561 metal deactivator is added, and the TFOUT induction period of the oil can be increased by more than 60min. In addition, T-561 metal deactivator can also be used in industrial gear oil and high-quality gasoline engine oil.
